The 29th Attack Squadron is located at Holloman AFB, New Mexico and is a Formal Training Unit for the MQ-9 Reaper. The unit traces its lineage to the 13th Observation Squadron (Medium) which was first activated on 10 March 1942. You can read more about the squadron’s lineage and honors here:
