This book provides a brief history of Army Air Services, Air Army Corps and Army Air Forces emblems. It includes black and white plates with Aero Squadron emblems from World War I and various emblems and coat of arms from World War II. While many of the insignia can be found in other reference works, this volume include World War II insignia from named organizations as well as support units that are often overlooked. This book has been out of print for years, but can readily be found on the used book market.  I recommend obtaining a copy if you can find it at a decent price.
