Items are generally shipped within one (1) week of purchase. You will receive an e-mail indicated your item has “shipped” with the method of shipment. If the item is shipped with tracking, a tracking number will be provided in the e-mail. If you do not receive a shipping notice within one (1) week, please contact us.
Due to the volume of mail and changes being enacted by the USPS, transit times have greatly increase for both US and international mail. For US customers, transit times have ranged from one (1) week to one (1) month. For international shipments, orders have taken as long as two (2) months.
Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping costs are calculated based on total weight during checkout and are visible on the checkout page.
United States: Orders are shipped in a padded envelope via USPS First Class Parcel with tracking and no insurance. Customers who purchase a single item can choose to ship in a standard #10 envelope via USPS First Class Mail without tracking in order to reduce costs. Shipping is FREE for purchases over $200 for US customers only. US customers also have a FREE local pickup option if you live in the Colorado Springs, Colorado area. If you select this option, we’ll contact you with further instructions.
Outside the United States: In order to minimize costs for international customers, purchases up to 1 pound may be shipped in one or more 10 envelopes. An option is available to ship with USPS tracking, however the tracking system used is not compatible with all postal systems. Please contact your post office to determine if you can track an item using a USPS tracking number. Purchases over $100 are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International in a box or padded envelope.
Customers accepts all risk for items shipped without insurance. Insurance is ONLY provided with orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Priority Mail International.
For international customers, US law requires appropriate customs forms be completed when shipping a parcel or package. Customers are responsible for any customs fees incurred.
If there was an error or problem with the order, please contact us immediately for further instructions. For all other returns, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. Unless there is a problem or error with the order, returns costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receiving the returned item a refund minus the original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will be processed to your original form of payment.
