Please carefully review our Shipping Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with through the USAFpatches.com Shop.

YOU ASSUME ALL RISK FOR LOST OR DAMAGED ITEM(S) ON UNINSURED ORDER(S).

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

Item(s) ship within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of you order. Occasionally there may be shipping delays beyond 10 days; in such instances we will post a notice on the Shop webpage or contact you via email.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES, METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

We ship to all addresses within the United States (US), US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on estimated order weight and your shipping address and displayed in your cart or on the checkout page.

The following tables shows available domestic shipping methods and USPS delivery times. ALL TIMES GIVEN FOR DELIVERY ARE GIVEN IN GOOD FAITH BUT ARE ESTIMATES ONLY – PLEASE ALLOW UP TO TWO (2) WEEKS BEFORE CONTACTING US.

INTERNATIONAL (OUTSIDE THE US) SHIPPING RATES, METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

We do offer international shipping to most countries. We do not ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Belarus, China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, and Venezuela. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on estimated order weight and your shipping address and displayed in your cart or on the checkout page.

The following tables shows available international shipping methods and delivery times. ALL TIMES GIVEN FOR DELIVERY ARE GIVEN IN GOOD FAITH BUT ARE ESTIMATES ONLY – PLEASE ALLOW UP TO THIRTY DAYS BEFORE CONTACTING US. For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order.

CUSTOMS (INTERNATIONAL & US APO/FPO/DPO ONLY)

International. Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international shipments and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

US APO/FPO/DPO. For items sent to international and US APO/FPO/DPO addresses, US law requires appropriate customs forms be completed when shipping a parcel or package. Customs fees may be assessed by the national postal service of that country. Customers are responsible for paying any customs fees incurred.

LOCAL DELIVERY & PICKUP

Local delivery and pickup in the Colorado Springs, Colorado area is currently not offered as a routine option.

INSURANCE

(Applicable only for shipping to US Addresses) Customers may purchase insurance by shipping via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping up to $50 insurance is covered in the USPS Priority Mail shipping fee. If you purchase more than $50 worth of merchandise, an option to purchase additional insurance is available at checkout.

ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

ORDER STATUS. You will receive an e-mail notification that your order has shipped. If you created a USAFpatches.com Shop account, you can check your order status by going to “My Account and clicking the “Orders” tab. If you have not received a notification after 10 days, please use the shop contact form to inquiry about the order.

PROOF OF MAILING (Orders without Tracking Numbers ONLY). If you selected a shipping method that DOES NOT includes a tracking number, upon request we can provide a photo of the envelope or parcel to show proof of mailing.

DOMESTIC ORDER TRACKING NUMBER. If you selected a shipping method that includes a tracking number, the tracking number will be provided in the e-mail notification that your order has shipped. If you created a USAFpatches.com Shop account, it can also be obtained by logging into “My Account and clicking the “Orders” tab.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER TRACKING NUMBER. If you live in one of the countries listed here, you can track your order through delivery if you selected a shipping method that includes a tracking number. Otherwise, you can only track the order status up until it departs the US.

WHERE TO TRACK YOUR PACKAGES. To track your order please click the button below to go the USPS Tracking website and enter your tracking number. For international orders if you live in one of the countries listed here, you can also track the order through your country’s postal service tracking system.

ORDER NOT RECEIVED OR LOST IN THE MAIL

Uninsured Orders. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK FOR LOST OR DAMAGED ITEM(S) ON UNINSURED ORDER(S). If you selected a shipping method that includes a tracking number, you should contact their local US Post Office or file a request for assistance from the USPS here.

Insured Orders. Customers with insured orders should use the contact form to initiate an insurance claim.

MISADDRESSED ITEMS

To prevent misaddressed orders, you are highly encouraged to verify your proper address. For US customers, an address can be verified on the USPS Zip Code Lookup website. For Royal Mail customers, an address can be verified on the Royal Mail Postcode Finder website.

If an order is returned to us due to you providing a wrong address, you will be contacted via e-mail to provide a valid address and to pay the additional postage costs. If you refuse to pay the additional postage costs, the customer will be refunded as outlines in the refunds section of this website.

If an order is returned due to an error by us, you will be notified, and the item re-shipped as soon as possible.
