Refunds and Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return any or all items to us for a refund.

To start the process for a return, please notify us using the contact form.

We will e-mail you with further instructions for the return. All returned items must be returned in the same condition as it was received and returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. A return that is lost in transit is your sole responsibility, therefore we strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item(s), we will process your return within seven (7) days. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Please note that you will only be refunded the costs of the item(s) minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges WILL NOT be refunded! Credit card or PayPal refunds may take as long as two (2) weeks to appear in your account.

Wrong Items or Defective/Damaged Products

If you received the wrong item(s) or defective or damaged product(s), you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange them for a like item if available.
