Deposit for custom made identifier patch. Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. On the Checkout page please put the quantity and patch you are ordering (e.g. – “100x OW identifier patches”) in the “Additional Information”, “Order Notes” text box.

Final amount due will be sent via a Square invoice once the patches are ready for pickup or shipping.
