Wrong, Damaged or Missing Item(s)

If you received a wrong item, a damaged item or are missing an item you ordered, please contact us immediately for further instructions. Every effort will be made to correct the error or to provide a refund.


You may return any item(s) within 14 days of receiving the item as indicated by USPS tracking number delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you wish to return an item, please contact us.

Shipping Returns: Unless there is a problem or error with the order, you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Upon receiving the returned item, you will receive a refund for the item(s) minus the original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will be processed to your original form of payment.  The 15% restocking fee is based on the value of the item(s) being return.  You will receive notification of the refund via the e-mail provided at the time of your order.  Please be aware that refunds may take some time to show up on your bank, PayPal or credit card account, please check with your bank, Paypal or credit card company if you have not seen the refund process.
